Chad received to the call to ministry as a teenager and has served in multiple ministry positions. He and his wife Wendy met at Toccoa Falls college and have worked as ministry partners since their marriage in 1992. Chad has served as an Associate Pastor for Children and Youth and has served as Senior Pastor to two Sarepta Churches, Cave Springs in Pendergrass and Blacks Creek in Commerce. He brings 29 years of ministry experience that focused on evangelism, church revitalization and missions.

Chad has served Sarepta as Moderator for two terms, Georgia Baptist Mission Board Executive Committee Representative and is currently on the Board of Trustees for the Georgia Baptist Children’s Home and Family Ministries.

Better Together- One Body, One Mission (Romans 12:4) is the direction that the Lord has laid on Chad’s heart. The belief that our churches can partner together to fulfill the great commission in our communities and in the mission field. His heart for churches and Pastors is reflected in his relational leadership style and his desire is to see the churches of Sarepta strengthened as we glorify the Lord together.
