Pastor Wellness assists pastors, ministry leaders, and their wives in five areas:
Spiritual – The GBMB supports church leaders in their personal walk with God and in their preaching/teaching ministry through resources, knowledgeable speakers, and collegial gatherings.
Vocational – The GBMB provides coaching, seminars, conflict management, and employment resources to assist pastors and ministry leaders as they serve their church.
Relational – The GBMB hosts retreats, recreational events, and roundtables to promote fellowship and friendships.
Physical – The wellbeing of pastors and ministry leaders is essential to their ability to serve the church, yet it is often overlooked. The GBMB provides medical resources including medical testing, telehealth, dental care, and counseling for pastors and their wives.
Financial – Through our partnership with GuideStone, the GBMB equips pastors, ministry leaders, and spouses with dedicated access to short and long-term financial guidance. Additionally, through the Georgia Baptist Foundation, we provide assistance with wills and trusts.
Job Board
A free service which offers a large variety of job openings, both inside and out of Georgia.
